Complaints & Feedback

We are committed to listening to communities, partners and everyone affected by our work. If you have experienced harm, have concerns about our activities or believe something has gone wrong, please tell us.

Submit a concern anonymously

No account, name or contact details are required. Please avoid details that could identify you or someone else unless they are essential to explain the concern.

How your information is handled

The complaint and the case history are available only to authorised grievance officers and site administrators. Staff views, internal comments and case actions are recorded. Complaint text and internal notes are stored encrypted in the website database.

The case register does not record your account, email address, IP address or browser details. The website and hosting provider may keep ordinary connection logs. A temporary hashed connection identifier is used to limit spam. Do not use this form if those technical logs could put you at risk.

Because this form does not collect contact details, NAMCOB cannot contact you about an anonymous submission. You can use the email or phone options below if you prefer to discuss your concern.

This form is not monitored as an emergency service. For urgent wildlife rescue assistance call +264 81 556 3567.

  • Environmental or community impacts.
